Dick Parker was a loving Husband and Father and a Minister of the Gospel. He was a Soldier, a Cowboy and a Logger. He was an Auctioneer and a Rodeo Announcer. He served as “Lay-Pastor” of the Council Community Church for many years. In May 2004 he was selected as Council’s Brightest Star by the Council Chamber of Commerce for all the many years of helping with community events. He was always there with his sound system to announce, auctioneer, officiate or MC.
